Why don't I see many Openings on your Online Schedule?
Clients who book directly after their session receive priority booking, a good portion of our clients and patients take advantage. Many appreciate the ease of having the same time and day each week or every other week. These bookings are entered into the calendar before the schedule is open for anyone else to book.
I don't see a time that works for me and I REALLY need to get in. What can I do?
Send us an email and we'll put you on our wait list. If anyone cancels we'll make sure to call you. Do keep in mind our schedule fills up quickly.
How Long Will My Session Be?
Your session is a full 1.5 hour or 2 hour Session hands-on time. Arrive 5-10 minutes before your start time to discuss goals. Additional time is allowed at the end for redressing All appointments end at their scheduled time. Please plan Accordingly. example: 1.5 hour session + 15min = 105 min in office.
Can I Schedule Multiple appointments?
New Clients are allowed to schedule two future sessions after their first appointment. Established clients are able to book 12 sessions or up to 3 months in advance.
When should I schedule my appointment?
This varies from client to client: Our working age professionals sometimes schedule their bodywork sessions during an extended lunch break, when working half days, at the end of their work day or weekends. Our Retirees and Active Seniors typically schedule earlier in the day.
How long should my session be? This all depends on your goals:
Our 45 minute Focused session "It Hurts Right here" minutes is for targeted work or fix-me type work (one area of focus). Our 1.5 hour (90 minutes) to 2 hour sessions (120 minute) is a proper full body. No areas are skipped or glossed over. These longer sessions also allow the client to fully relax. These longer session lengths are especially helpful for those who are stressed or have trouble calming their minds.
What Payments Methods do you accept?
We currently accept Cash, Visa, and MasterCard. Payment is due at the time of service.
Do you accept Insurance?
We do not accept insurance. We also do not accept or bill for Medicare or Medicaid.
Where are you located?
New Address: We've Moved! Our New Location is 740 Bultman Drive here in Sumter. If you're headed to our new office from our old address. Take a right out of the parking lot towards Guignard drive. Take a right at the stop light at the intersection of Miller and Guignard/Bultman. At this intersection is the campus for Central Carolina, BB&T, Food Lion shopping center and a Gas Station. Continue down past the New Neighborhood Walmart keep going down and we are on your left. If you reach Walgreens you have gone too far. We are situated between a mattress store and financial services building. We are located in the former dental office.
Directions: From Shaw AFB ~15minutes: Head down Broad Street (US-378) towards Downtown Sumter (Approximately 10 Miles). At the Walgreens on your Right take a slight Right onto Bultman Drive. We are literally two doors down from Walgreens situated between a mattress store and financial services building on the same side of the street as Walgreens.
